If you wish to learn the french and Mediterranean way of cooking with a chef, entertain and cherish your loved ones, impress your friends, you have to spend time to learn the basic gestures and techniques of traditional cooking but also new types of vegetables, spices and ingredients just as musicians would practise their scales before creating a musical piece.

We use in priority organic produces, thereby respecting nature and the environment, mankind and our children’s future.

Our recipes adapt to the rhythm of the seasons and the local richness and variety of nature. (so, no chance for tomatoes in December or grapes in February!)
Our local environment and the organic vegetable garden of the Domaine des Fenals will guide us through the creation of our recipes every month.
It is about taking your time, in a gorgeous natural environment located just a stone’s throw away from the lakes and the Mediterranean sea, to acquire, in a convivial setting, the techniques we use to create delicious recipes and dishes that we will savour together.
