The philosophy is to follow the pace of the seasons and harmonize
the themes of our culinary creations with the vegetables, fruits and
others ingredients available around us, only
a few kilometers away from the kitchen.
Certainly,
the
Fenals' garden does
not provide the totality of the vegetables and and spices we use for
cooking, so the complement is provided so far as possible and uppermost
by our network of local organic agriculture
certified producers and providers.
Priority
is given to the rediscovery of
délicious erstwhile varieties
of vegetables, and above all of the original taste of our alimentation
to renew with the imcomparable pleasure of eating ealthily food grown
and produced while respecting both the environment and the quality of
the nutriments our body needs to remain full of
vim.

Supported Agriculture) has
been created in the region of Leucate/
