Each
attendee is given, for the duration of the course, a
5 Japanese cooking
knives set, aprons and dishclothes along
with a menu,
a personal file detailing receipes and technics taught in order
to be able to reproduce all what you learnt with Bleu Cuisine back Home .
Then,
you'll be taught how to
sharpen and use a knife the proper way and
choose the one you need according to the type of preparation you start
on.
Here's
come the longed-for
moment to share what you've prepared
all together around the farm style dining table, enjoying
the mediterranean
life-style and tasting the wine from
the "Domaine des Fenals"

Cooking
classes start at 09.00 in the
organic garden to pick some fresh vegetables and herbs
according to the season, then we get back to the kitchen for a
presentation of the cookware and detailed explanation about the menu
and the receipes you are going to prepare...
